Catering Executive

Salary: 1800 - 2200

Customer Sales and Management

  • Build catering sales through establishing client relationship and rapport with existing and new clientele base.
  • Handle all client enquiries, orders and follow-up from end to end in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Explains products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers as required.
  • Prepare sales confirmations and tax invoices according to established procedures and standards.

Resource Management and Coordination

  • Liaise and coordinate with Central Kitchen and retail outlets to ensure smooth management and delivery of catering orders, ensuring that orders are customized accurately based on customers’ requests.
  • Liaise and coordinate with other team members within the group to meet company objectives.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Forecasting and tracking of catering weekly/monthly sales projections and progress for analysis and reporting to senior management.
  • Supplies management with research and analysis on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports for monthly reviews and improvement action plans.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

* Required to work alternate Saturdays from 9am to 1pm
